Ravi Chopra is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Azora Capital. Over the course of a 24-year career, he has focused exclusively on the financial services sector, developing a consistent record of performance through fundamental research, risk control, and disciplined portfolio management.
Ravi Chopra is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Azora Capital. Ravi has 25 years of experience in financial services, including over 20 years as a portfolio manager, with a focus on fundamental research and disciplined portfolio management. Prior to founding Azora in 2017, he was a Partner and Sector Head of U.S. Financial Services at Samlyn Capital, where he led US financial sector investments. Earlier in his career, he worked at Sigma Capital and Goldman Sachs in the Financial Institutions Group. Ravi graduated Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 2001 with a degree in Economics.
